UNIQUE STYLING BY ITALY'S PININ FARINA
    TOP-OF-THE-LINE COUNTRY CLUB HARDTOP BODY
    WELL-PRESERVED 1998 RESTORATION
    FORMER CALIFORNIA CAR
    REBUILT 85 HP 184 CI INLINE-6 ENGINE
    RARE AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION
    CAPTIVATING AERODYNAMIC STYLING & COLORS
A UNIQUE AND RARE EARLY 1950S AMERICAN CLASSIC
    READY TO COLLECT & ENJOY
Renowned for quality and often regarded as the Kenosha Duesenberg for its prewar excellence, Nash went on to offer some of the most innovative and distinctively styled American automobiles of the 1950s. The strong-selling companion to the full-size Nash Ambassador, the compact Rambler was handsomely restyled for 1953 by none other than Pinin Farina, the renowned Italian design house based in Turin. Light, yet strong, unibody construction and thrifty six-cylinder engines delivered an economical, high-quality automobile for those seeking an attractive alternative to Detroit's ever-larger passenger cars. Rambler would be spun off as a separate marque by 1956 and the name would continue in use by American Motors for many years following the 1954 merger of smaller independent automakers Hudson and Nash.
A former California car until recently, this captivating 1953 Nash Rambler sports the top-of-the-line Country Club 2-door hardtop body style and handsome Mint Green and Green two-tone livery. It also features a rare automatic transmission backing the rebuilt 184 CI inline 6-cylinder engine. Restored in 1998 for participation in military parades in California under prior ownership, this Rambler Country Club's other choice features include a factory-correct Continental rear spare tire kit, restored Green interior, plus polished bumpers and front bumper guards, and wide Whitewall tires surrounding proper steel wheels mounting chrome Nash-logoed wheel covers. If you're looking for a great alternative to far more common big three 1950s classics, look no further than this fun and distinctive 1953 Nash Rambler Country Club! Ready to collect and enjoy, this striking Nash must be experienced in person. Call us to see it for yourself, get full details and make it yours today!

    Terms:
Bidders with less than 5 feedbacks must contact us prior to bidding. If you do not contact us, we reserve the right to cancel your bid without notice. Please do not ask our reserve price, simply bid what you are comfortable with.
Your winning bid is a contract to purchase the vehicle, not a "come, look, and negotiate." This is a serious auction for serious buyers only. Please ask all relevant questions prior to bidding. All vehicles are sold as-is. By placing a bid, you are agreeing to these terms of sale.
Winning bidder must communicate with Seller by phone within 24 hours of the end of auction to make arrangements to complete transaction.  If no contact is made, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next highest bidder, or sell it otherwise.

    As-Is:
The Last Detail has described the above-mentioned vehicle to the best of our ability, however, as with all pre-owned automobiles, the condition is subjective, and recommend that the buyer inspect and test drive the vehicle before finalizing their purchase.  The Last Detail shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with the vehicle at the buyer’s request prior to close of sale.  No allowances or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely.  It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to verify the existence of options, accessories and the vehicle condition before time of sale. Any and all differences must be addressed prior to the time of sale. The Last Detail assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.  Despite our best efforts to verify a vehicle’s mechanical condition, we are not able to warranty a manufacturer’s workmanship or a previous owner’s diligence in care of said vehicle.  There are no mechanical guarantees, expressed or implied. We will not be responsible for buyer’s remorse or issues to said vehicle once it has left our premises. We are being realistic; most of the cars we sell are vintage and by their very nature will need TLC and some degree of attention sooner or later.  Therefore, all vehicles are sold “AS IS”.  However, extended warranty options are available on most vehicles.  Please inquire if you are interested.
    Mileage:
Vintage cars in excess of 10 years of age, in most US states, mileage may be recorded as “exempt”. The Last Detail makes no warranties as to the accuracy of the mileage indicated or shown and accepts no responsibility for any discrepancy with independent reports such as CarFax, Autocheck, etc. Unless the vehicle is advertised as an original mileage car, do not assume that the mileage/odometer reading is the actual mileage. It is simply what the odometer is reading at the time pictures are taken. MILEAGE IS NOT ACTUAL UNLESS STATED SO IN THE DESCRIPTION! Vehicles are test driven and mileage may vary at time of sale.
