We ship most of our orders via USPS priority mail and we combine shipments whenever possible.
Combined shipping discount is calculated by the
full shipping price of the most expensive item in terms of shipping, and then half-priced shipping fees for the rest items.

Return Policy
All sales come with GopherDirect's 7-day warranty unless advertised differently. If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within the warranty period and we will replace the defective item for you with an item of equal functionality. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method or a company check. Specific terms are:
For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with packing slip.
Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.
Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.
Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.
Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 3 days from delivered date.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
Returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period.
Return Procedures
Please send an email
through eBay
to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with the original packing slip and displaying the appropriate RMA number. All RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from their original date of issue. Returned packages not displaying an RMA number or displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted.
