No holes, nice on the outside, inside shows some fabric glue from the patches bleeding through inside but that is probably common and won't show when the vest is being worn
25 Patches not counting the 2 "Girl Scouts USA & Southeast Florida" patches and the troop number.
4 Metal hat pin style pins.
When laid flat it measures 15 1/2" across under the arms and 17" from back collar to the bottom.

Items come from a smoke free household. I ship on Tuesdays and Fridays. I live at the Bottom of Florida and the post office charges postage by distance, so most states are postal zone 8 and a lot farther away from me than if I were in the middle of the country.  We pack these items well and we have had some arrive broken, not by us but by the way the Post Office handles the packages. If the item arrives damaged by the post office that is not something that I have control over. I package the items well and books are wrapped in plastic and put in a bubble mailer. I try to protect the items the best that I can. I will refund money if the item is returned to me--if it is broken due to something that I did. Buyer's remorse is not a valid reason.
