This is a vintage 1994 BowMaster set to make gorgeous bows from ribbon.
Easy-to-follow instruction booklet with ribbon length chart for various sizes of finished bows.
Video demonstration on the VHS tape is also currently available on YouTube if you don't have a VCR ("BowMaster Instructional Video").  If you don't want the videotape, just tell me and I can leave it out.

adjustable flexible plastic frame with measurement marks and peg holes
12 solid plastic pegs and one rosette peg with notch on top
one roll of green and red plaid ribbon 1-1/4" wide
one roll of gold ribbon 1-1/4" wide

I have watched the video, it works fine and the instructions are easy to follow
