Ship no more than 10 stamps or 3 postcards/postal history items or FDC's; 2)  Covers and
Plate blocks that fit the eBay standard envelope dimensions are allowed. Envelopes larger than 6x9 aren't allowed at a lower rate. 3) No coil rolls or plastic covered graded stamps because of 1/4" thickness or 3oz limit. Cost as follows 1oz is 55c, 2oz is 75c and 3oz is 95c.
But I will still ship larger items and quantities at U.S.P.S. parcel rates.
