Made of U.S. milled-and-certified aircraft-quality materials. Stud body is the same size as the major diameter of the stud thread, allowing for a stronger stud and stronger body. The complete surface has been ground to remove all the imperfections of standard rough-milled material, which also removes notch sensitivity. Threads are rolled under hydraulic force, creating the strongest possible thread. A radius is ground on the last thread to reduce the potential of the stud failing at that point.
