ere is a pair of  VINTAGE FLASHES for
Intermediate
or Junior GIRL SCOUTS.  They are called Yellow, but I think they are more Gold-ish.  These are official GSUSA and found in the Girl Scout Catalogs from the 1960s.  They are approximately 1 1/4 inches wide by 4 1/4 inches long.  The elastic goes above your calf and is adjustable to fit.  These are worn over the knee socks and the sock cuff is turned down to hide the elastic.  Only the yellow part shows.  These look NEW, elastic looks unused.
