Rare Early Cusack AME Tremolo Guitar Pedal, serial number #18. This pedal is in great working order and comes with its original box and paperwork.  Very nice addition to your Tremolo Pedal collection.  Based on the Cusack Tap-A-Whirl, this is a very interesting and fun toy. Studio use only, never gigged.
