WHAT IS SUSPENSION TRAINING:

Suspension training arose from SEALs' need to maintain optimal physical condition when the circumstances of their work meant that they did not have the space or equipment necessary for their training at their disposal.
Randy Hetrick, former SEAL member and founder of Fitness Anywhere, and his colleagues created the first model from a hand-sewn parachute belt with rubber boat repair tools and quickly developed a series of exercises in which they used their body weight.
In a short time, Randy Hetrick and his colleagues laid the foundations for what would be a completely new and original category of functional exercises, all of this happened during the 90s and began to commercialize in 2005.
