VINTAGE 1960s AUTOHARP INSTRUMENT BY OSCAR SCHMIDT 36 STRING BLACK - VTG

Description

This is a used vintage Oscar Schmidt autoharp. I couldn't find any information on how to date this instrument, but I believe it to be from the 1960s. The serial number on the back is 6023 and my guess is that the first two digits are the year it was made, but I can't confirm its actual age. I know I've had the autoharp for two decades and it's looked old since the day I got it.
Condition: The last two strings are broken. There is a crack that starts at the bottom of the soundhole and goes down to the bottom of the instrument (see last 2 pictures). Only comes with 7 chord bars, but it has space for 12. One of the felt pads for the Gm chord bar has come loose. The biggest nick out of the wood is in the third to last picture. The autoharp needs to be tuned up before it can be played. Everything is as pictured. I don't have the original case or tuning tool; the instrument itself that you see in the pictures is the only thing included.
