Vintage 1960s Junior Girl Scout Uniform--with Beret/Ties/Belt/Patrol Leader Cord. (Note that hanger in pictures is not included.)
Dress is girls' size 8, 100% cotton-- See photos for measurements: approx. 29.5 inches long, 24 inches waist, 30 inches armpit to armpit. Note snaps that were sewn on the right shoulder to secure sash. Girl Scouts USA patch is sewn on left shoulder. Dress is in good condition, some pulling at a few seams.
Beret is wool, size Small, and has owner's name written in tag.
One tie is a snap version, the other secures by a safety pin. The patrol leader cord pins on the left shoulder.
The stretch green belt has a metal GS Trefoil on the clasp and is about 26 inches long.
These items were owned and worn by the Seller when she was a Junior Girl Scout in the 1960's and have been stored in smoke-free homes ever since that time.
