Brand new, sealed package EZ Bowmaker by Offray/Lion Ribbon Company. Vintage 1993, new old stock.
Wooden board with length markings, wooden dowels to wrap/weave the ribbon loops around and an instruction sheet with how to make a few different styles of bows.
