One of the plastic tabs on the bottom is snapped off, but does not affect it standing when using the stand and isn't very noticeable otherwise. The tab is included if you want to try and glue it back on. The fish sings "Take Me To The Water" and "Don't Worry, Be Happy". See photos and video link for details.
