This vintage Girl Scout adult leader suit uniform is a rare find for any collector or enthusiast of historical memorabilia. The size medium uniform, made in the United States between 1948-1958, is perfect for anyone interested in the history of the Girl Scouts and Girl Guides fraternal organization.
The suit includes all the necessary pieces for a complete uniform, including a shirt, jacket, skirt, beret, and neck tie/bow. The beret comes with two Pearlized hat pins and is a small. The jacket, shirt, and hat each have an Official Girl Scouts tag. The short sleeve shirt is discolored. I have not washed/cleaned any of these items. The entire suit has been covered with a bag for many years. The jacket has a label sewn on the inside panel that state Visa by Milliken. 55% Dacron45% Worsted Wool. The design is classic and timeless, with the iconic Girl Scouts logo prominently displayed on shoulder of the jacket. 3 pins are included; two on the front jacket pocket and one on the beret. This is a must-have item for any Girl Scouts or fraternal organization collector.
