Vintage, Keeton Kutter Mat Cutter 42" with Measuring Arm

Vintage, Keeton Kutter Mat Cutter 42" with Measuring Arm. Condition is Used. There is some surface rust on the metal parts. I can move the cutting slider along the whole bar both ways with one finger pushing on the end. It comes with other parts pictured though I don’t know how the go together or work. You’re getting what you see in the pictures.
Most of my items come from auctions, garage sales or estate sales. I do not smoke in my home, but there may be items that come from a smokers home. If I notice the smell, I will mention that in my listing. If it's not mentioned that doesn't mean it is for sure from a smoke free home, I just couldn't smell it. I do have dogs and outdoor cats. I keep them separate from the merchandise being sold. There may possibly be a stray hair I might not see. If you have allergies please be advised of this before purchasing.
