BIG "FARM HOUSE" ESTATE SALE
I am listing items daily, M-F.  I  have many items listed in the Auctions format as well as Buy It Now.  Please check out my store, Goodoldstuff Good Old Stuff to view all listings.
The majority of these items are from this old inherited farm. This farm has been in my family for well over 100 years. I do NOT want to get a dumpster out here and start throwing things away if there is any opportunity to get these items in the hands of someone who will appreciate them.  If my price is too high, let me know and I will do my best for you. If it is too low, sound the alarm and please contact me, as well. I am not a professional, selling things to make the big bucks.  I describe items as I see them and when I am in doubt, I seek advice.  I know little about jewelry, glassware, pottery, figurines and the many other things I am listing. I am learning but I am selling them to "preserve" them.  I price them according to the information I get from Google Lens and eBay "Sold" items. Please keep in mind that vintage items may date back a long time and should not be expected to be in pristine condition. Info on whether previous family members ever smoked or had pets is not known.
The house is being tackled first, followed by 2 sheds, a garage and a barn. SHIPPING & HANDLING
Handling time is next day, Monday through Friday, holidays are the exception. Shipping is daily, with the exception of weekends and holidays or in the case of an unplanned event.
BEST WAY is used for shipping.
Shipping may be combined if it is safe to combine items.
Items that are not shipped Priority or more than Priority .00 insurance coverage is desired, it may be provided at buyers request and expense.
International shipping
will be calculated after the sale.  Please do not pay for items until I send an invoice.
PAYMENT
Payment is due when the auction ends, unless agreement between seller and buyer is made prior to auction close.
eBay will automatically open a nonpayment case after 2 days and non-paying bidders/buyers are blocked from future transactions.
If a buyer requests to cancel the sale, no future transactions will be allowed.
