Vintage Official Girl Scouts USA Dress Uniform sz 10 Brown Brownies Button Up

You get the exact dress pictured. I believe it is a size 10 (there is a tiny tag sewn inside that has an upside down 10 which might be the size). but please see measurements below.
There are some spots on it (see photos). The buttons are all brown but some are different so they don’t all match. The patch on the arm is from troop 10.
There is an opening with a button in the side (not sure what this is for), and a pocket on the front.
Measurements:
Length from shoulder to hem approximately 31 inches
Bust (armpit to armpit) approximately 16 inches
Waist at seam approximately 14 inches across so 28 around.
