Vintage Old School Glass Metal Paint Pinstripe Tool Applicator.
I have had this item since the 1970s, it appears to unused.
It came with another narrower applicator housing, I don't know if I ever had the smaller brass roller.
Everything you shown seems to be in great condition, including the cork sealing gasket.
I never tried so I cannot tell you how well it works.
Chances are you have more knowledge of these than I do.
It seems like a very simple little tool, I can speculate that that some prior knowledge is vital to know what paints and viscosity is needed to make it an easy (as possible) a job.
I am selling it as-is.
