How fun is this!   It is  wood container toothpick holder.  It is from the TESTICLE FESTIVAL at Rock Creek Lodge in Montana.   It also says "I had a BALL".  The tube is  just over 3 1/2" long and closes tightly.   There are still the original toothpicks in it.
