VTG NIB Hasbro Family Matters Urkel - I Speak My Mind! Pull-String Doll 9600

Description

Urkel has been in storage for several years. The tape on top was not holding well so I added a bit to keep it in place over the worn original tape.
Comes in original box. He was never taken out. Factory ties are all in tact.
Box has signs of aging, wear, scuffing and creasing ( that makes it sound worse than it really is ) It’s in really nice condition for the age. The
cellophane
is in tact ( no yellowing ) but the biggest issue is the top. (See photos).
If you’re unhappy with it I’ll accept a return within 30 days of purchase as long as it’s still in the same shape it arrives in ( buyer would have to pay return shipping ).
Urkel is in great condition. I don’t see any flaws. The pull string in back still works, but voice is distorted ( you can still understand him however ) - most likely needs new batteries.
