Description
3 x XADO EX120 Gel Revitalizant for gasoline and LPG enginesPackage: 3 x SYRINGE, 8 ml
The revitalizant is designed to protect from wear and to provide restoring repair of gasoline and LPG engines, including high-powered and turbo- supercharged.
Extreme Action 120% (EX120) Revitalizant rebuilds, repairs, and protects engine metal in all types of gasoline and natural-gas powered vehicles, including turbocharged and supercharged engines. Extreme Action 120% repairs scratches and wear caused by high heat and friction, then it forms a protective, self-regulating layer of metal-ceramic on treated parts to protect the engine metal from future wear. Independent tests show that Revitalizant increases engine compression, increases horsepower, reduces emissions, and improves gas mileage! EX120 helps engines run smoother and last longer. EX120 is compatible with all types of motor oil, including full-synthetic.
With a 20% greater concentration of active agent, Extreme Action 120% (EX120) Revitalizant is more effective than ever repairing, rebuilding, and protecting worn metal surfaces. 1 Complete Revitalization cycle protects for 62,000 miles. XADO’s Revitalizant technology has been independently tested and proven to work.

No matter how well an engine is maintained, high heat and friction causes metal to become worn, scratched, and deformed over time. The destruction of the surface layer occurs in high-friction areas, where entire groups of atoms – clusters - may tear off under extreme loads. Until now there was no way to reverse this inevitable metal wear.
EX120 starts repairing scratched and worn metal as soon as it is added to the engine oil. Revitalizant acts as a catalyst for rebuilding and repairing metal in areas of excessive thermal energy. It activates the absorption process of carbon through the surface layer which results in the formation of metal carbides. Revitalizant rebuilds metal at a molecular level, atom-by-atom, reversing wear and restoring engine geometry. A new durable protective coating is formed with the help of carbides and metal particles. Because it has a self-regulating maximum thickness it does not cake. The appearance of a Revitalized surface is smooth and glassy. Its physical structure however is a metal strengthened by metal carbides and carbon. The treated surface is transformed into a diamond-like film. The result of Revitalization is an extra hard surface layer on a soft and flexible base – an almost perfect strengthening technique that guarantees an increased life.
Rebuilds worn metal and protects against future wear for 62,000 miles;
Reduces fuel consumption (up to 30% at idle, up to 15% under normal driving);
increases oil pressure in the system to the nominal value;
levels and increases compression in cylinders;
Increases engine power and improves acceleration;
decreases levels of noise and vibration by 10 times;
increases service life of parts by 2-3 times;
protects engine from metal loss caused by cold starts;
improves the engine operation right after the first 50-100 km (approx. 20-60 miles);
enables the engine to run for up to 300 km (approx. 200 miles) in the event of substantial loss of oil in the system;
Application instructions:
The engine treatment is conducted in three stages.
Stage 1: Press out the content of the syringe into the oil filler neck of the engine, warmed up to the normal working temperature. Start the engine and let it idle for 5-10 min.
Stage 2: Repeat the procedure after 100-250 km (approx. 60-150 miles) of run.
Stage 3: Repeat the procedure after 100-250 km (approx. 60-150 miles) of run.
The treatment is considered complete after 1,500 km of run (approx. 950 miles).

It is not recommended to change oil until the treatment is fully completed;
It is possible to conduct the treatment at idle: 4 hours of idling is an equivalent to 200 km (approx. 125 miles) of run.
New engines with odometer readings up to 20,000 km (approx. 12,000 miles) should be treated in one stage.
Engines undergone a complete overhaul are recommended to be treated in usual three-stage order.
The treatment of LPG engines is similar to the treatment of gasoline engines.
The protective metal-ceramic coating is formed on any operative pair of mechanism’ parts; however, if the mechanism (engine) is in a critical condition (100% wear), the destroyed parts should be replaced.
After the treatment your car is under XADO superprotection.
The cylinder-piston group in the top dead center’s area, parts of the gas distribution mechanism (cam dog, follower), friction bearing of crankshaft and driveshaft are subject to wear during the engine’s operation.
Revitalizant contains building material, which compensates the wear of these parts. As a result of the revitalization process a new multi-purpose gradient coating with the set of the necessary operational characteristics and strenuous conditions is formed on the surfaces of the friction pairs.
The engine parts are built up in volume, return the very “hundreds” and “tens”, which were lost, worn out during the operation. This is the repair effect. The obtained coating possesses the unique properties: increased strength, high corrosion resistance, low roughness. After the revitalization the engine parts guaranteed to serve reliably by 2-4 times longer
As a result of the engine’s revitalization compression in cylinders is considerably increased and leveled, fuel consumption is reduced, car acceleration capability and coasting is increased, oil pumps, units of turbo-superchargers, shafts and bushing (bearing), cylinder faces are restored, ovality is eliminated. Engine works without noise and vibrations. Due to revitalization effect it can be constantly kept in top condition.
